The telecom problem
The offer changes by the week.
Telecom is a permanent price war. Carriers and MVNOs reprice plans, stack new bundles (extra lines, free phones, streaming add-ons, data boosts), and launch "switch and save" promos constantly. Every one of those moves runs across paid search, social, and the ad libraries at once, and the messaging changes faster than any team can track by hand. Miss a competitor's new bundle and the first sign is churn you can't explain.
In a category where customers switch for a better deal, a promo you didn't see is a customer you didn't keep. A competitor drops the price on the exact plan you're trying to grow, or throws in a free line, and if you respond a week late the damage is already in your numbers. Worse, the win-back and acquisition conversations are happening in public (Reddit's carrier threads, YouTube plan-comparison reviews, X complaints about a rival), and the carrier reading them first gets the switcher.
